The Site is operated by Hashdata (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2013/166073/07, a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa with its registered office at Fairway Square — Office E001, 23 Fairway Close, Parow Golf Course, Parow, Cape Town, Western Cape 7500 ("HashData", "we", "us", "our").

You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
